Automatic and manual belt tensioners for timing and accessory drives on pickups, SUVs, vans and trucks, specified by pulley type, mounting and engine code.

Belt tensioners keep timing and accessory belts at the correct tension throughout their life. Automatic tensioners use a spring with friction damping or a hydraulic damper; manual tensioners are set at installation.
Worn tensioners lose damping, causing belt flutter, noise and accelerated belt wear. Specifications include pulley diameter and surface (grooved or smooth), mounting bolt positions, arm geometry, damper type and rotation direction. Hydraulic timing belt tensioners are sometimes supplied separately from the tensioner pulley. Order by OEM number and engine code, and pair with serpentine belts or timing belts. Tensioners are often replaced alongside the belt as a preventive measure on high-mileage engines.
Belt Tensioners can be quoted on FOB, CFR, CIF, FCA or EXW terms and combined with other product groups in a single consolidated container. Send part numbers, quantities and destination port for a validated quotation.
