Sports Bars

Sports bars (styling bars) mount across the pickup bed behind the cab. They are mainly a styling accessory but also provide mounting points for lights, antennas and, on some designs, crossbars or load-carrying accessories.

Sports bars are not rollover protection devices, and marketing should not suggest otherwise unless the manufacturer supports it. Specify by model generation, cab type, material (polished or brushed stainless, black powder-coated steel, aluminum), mounting method (bed rail clamps or bolts) and compatibility with roller lids, tonneau covers and bed liners.
