Our online catalogue represents only part of our sourcing capability. If a part, brand, OEM number or vehicle application is not listed, send us your requirement. Our sourcing team checks our Thailand manufacturer and supplier network and includes suitable products in your quotation.

What to send us
The more precisely a part is identified, the faster suppliers can confirm it. Any of these is a good start.
OEM and part numbers
OEM numbers, manufacturer part numbers and any cross references you already have.
Vehicle application
Make, model, year and engine — plus VIN or chassis number where the part depends on the exact build.
Photos and drawings
The part, its nameplate or label, existing packaging, drawings or a technical specification.
Parts lists
XLSX or CSV lists with hundreds or thousands of lines, or a PDF. Quantities per line help us quote.
How sourcing works

- 2IdentificationWe check each number against our catalogue and cross references. Items that are not listed go to the sourcing team, who may ask for photos, dimensions or a VIN to confirm the application.
- 3Supplier checkThe sourcing team contacts manufacturers and suppliers in our Thailand network. Where you accept alternatives, OEM, OES or aftermarket options may be offered.
- 4QuotationSuitable items are quoted with brand, origin, price and lead time. Some items cannot be sourced; we tell you which, rather than leaving lines unanswered.
- 5One consolidated shipmentSourced items and catalogue products are packed and documented together, in a mixed container or consolidated shipment to your port.
Large sourcing lists
Importers and distributors often send hundreds or thousands of lines. Upload the list as XLSX, CSV or PDF: every line is checked against our catalogue and cross references, and the lines that are not listed go to the sourcing team in the same request.

Build one consolidated shipment using catalogue products plus additional items sourced through our Thailand supplier network — one quotation, one loading plan, one set of export documents.

Three different questions, answered in different ways. A product can be listed but not currently available, or not listed but sourceable.

Sourcing questions
- Can you supply parts that are not on your website?
- Often, yes. The online catalogue represents only part of what we can supply. Send the OEM number, specification or vehicle application and our sourcing team reviews it. We cannot guarantee that every item can be sourced; suitability, availability, price and lead time are confirmed after review.
- What is the difference between a sourcing request and an availability request?
- A sourcing request asks whether we can identify and offer a product that may not be in our catalogue. An availability request asks what is commercially available now, and is answered with our latest availability list. A product may need sourcing before its availability can be confirmed.
- Can sourced parts be shipped together with catalogue products?
- Yes. Catalogue items and sourced items can be quoted in one quotation and shipped together in a mixed container or consolidated shipment, with one set of export documents.
- Do I need to fill in one form per part?
- No. Attach a parts list in XLSX or CSV to the sourcing form, or upload it as an RFQ. Each line is read and checked against the catalogue; lines that are not listed are passed to the sourcing team.
- How long does sourcing take?
- It depends on the product, the quantity and the supplier. The lead time for each sourced item is stated in the quotation.
- Can sourced products be supplied in private-label packaging?
- Private-label packaging can be requested on the sourcing form. Whether it is possible, and the minimum quantities involved, depend on the product and manufacturer and are confirmed per project.
