About this catalogue

Echo Autoparts supplies batteries from Thailand to distributors, workshops, fleet operators and importers. The catalogue lists maintenance-free and conventional automotive batteries, motorcycle, truck and bus, deep-cycle, traction and standby ranges, with the specifications each manufacturer publishes — capacity, cold-cranking performance, size code, terminal layout and dimensions. Search by battery code, vehicle, specification or manufacturer, add what fits to a request for quotation, and we confirm current availability and export terms by return.

Size codes

Codes listed by more than one manufacturer. The same code does not guarantee identical specifications — compare Ah, CCA and dimensions.

Current availability

This catalogue is a product reference, not a live stock system — battery availability changes continuously. Ask for the current availability list, or send the models and quantities you need and we confirm what can be supplied now and what has to be sourced.

Private label & OEM

5 manufacturers in this catalogue publicly state OEM, private-label or custom-branding services. Echo Autoparts coordinates enquiries; it does not manufacture batteries.

Private label batteries

Export & shipping

Batteries are regulated for transport. Requirements depend on chemistry, classification, packaging and destination, and consolidation with other parts is checked per shipment.

Battery technical & buying guides

  • Deep Cycle Battery Guide

How deep cycle batteries differ from starting batteries, depth of discharge and cycle life, capacity at C5, C10, C20 and C100 rates, and 6 V, 8 V and 12 V packs for golf carts, solar and marine use.

  • Forklift Traction Battery Guide

Traction battery basics for forklifts: 2 V cells and system voltage, C5 capacity, PzS/PzB/PzV cells, tray size and counterweight, REMA and SB connectors, charging, and what to send in an RFQ.

  • EV and Hybrid 12 V Auxiliary Battery Guide

The role of the 12 V auxiliary battery in BEV, HEV and PHEV vehicles, the technologies used, venting for in-cabin and boot installations, and what to check when replacing one.

  • Battery Terminal Layout Guide

How JIS L/R codes, European layouts 0, 1, 3 and 4 and the JIS (S) suffix describe terminal position and post size, and why a reversed layout is a supply error.

  • How to Select a Battery by Ah and CCA

What 20-hour capacity, cold cranking amps and reserve capacity mean under SAE J537, EN 50342-1 and JIS D 5301, and why ratings from different standards cannot be compared directly.

  • EFB vs Standard Flooded Batteries

How an Enhanced Flooded Battery differs from a standard flooded starter battery in construction and testing, when start-stop vehicles require EFB, and what to specify when replacing one.

Battery sourcing questions

Does the catalogue show current availability?

No. The catalogue is a product reference, not a live stock system: it lists the battery models we supply from manufacturers in Thailand with the specifications they publish. Availability changes continuously, so it is confirmed per enquiry rather than shown on the page.

How do I get current battery availability?

Request the current availability list for the battery division, or send the codes and quantities you need. We reply with what can be supplied now, what has a lead time and what would have to be sourced.

Can you supply batteries that are not listed on the website?

Yes. The online catalogue is part of what we can supply, not all of it. Send the battery code, OE number, vehicle, required specification, a photo or a full parts list and we check our Thailand supplier network.

Can batteries be combined with other parts in one shipment?

Often, yes — batteries are consolidated with other automotive parts where the goods and the destination allow it. Because batteries are regulated for transport, each consolidation is checked before it is confirmed.

What do I need to send for a battery quotation?

The battery code or OE number, or the vehicle and engine; the quantity; and the destination country and port. Terminal layout and dimensions matter when a code is shared by several sizes, so send those where you have them.

Does the same size code mean the same battery?

No. A JIS, DIN or EN code describes the case size and terminal arrangement, not the performance. Two batteries sharing a code can differ in capacity, cold-cranking performance and technology, so compare Ah, CCA and dimensions on the product pages.
