Forklift & Material Handling Parts

Forklift parts are specified by truck model, engine model and serial number range rather than by year. The same model designation can cover several engine options (diesel, LPG/petrol, electric) and running changes within a series, so a model name alone is not enough to confirm a part.

What to send with a forklift parts RFQ

• Truck model and full serial number from the data plate
• Engine model (for internal-combustion trucks) or motor/controller type (for electric trucks)
• Mast type and lift height for mast, chain, roller and carriage parts
• OE part numbers from the parts book or the worn part where available

Typical demand

Fleet operators and rental companies replace service and wear items most often: filters, brake parts, hydraulic seals and hoses, lift chains and rollers, starter and alternator components, and ignition or sensor parts. Mast and drivetrain parts are usually ordered against a specific repair.
