This policy explains how Echo Autoparts (Thailand) Co.,Ltd uses cookies and similar browser storage on this website. For how we handle personal data generally, see our privacy policy.

What cookies and local storage are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They are sent back to the website with each request and are commonly used for sign-in sessions and security.

Local storage is browser storage that keeps data on your device. Unlike cookies, it is not sent automatically to the server with each request.

What we use

Essential cookies

These are required for the website to work and cannot be switched off in our systems.

Purpose Type Duration
Keeping you signed in to your business account Session / authentication cookie [COOKIES.SESSION_DURATION]
Protecting forms against cross-site request forgery and abuse Security cookie Session
Remembering essential preferences, such as a cookie notice choice Preference cookie [COOKIES.PREFERENCE_DURATION]

Pending verification: Cookie names and exact durations should be listed from the production configuration before publication.

RFQ list in local storage

When you add parts to your request for quotation list, the list is stored in your browser's local storage so it is still there if you navigate away or return later on the same device and browser. This data:

  • Stays on your device until you submit the RFQ, clear the list or clear your browser data
  • Is not sent to us until you submit the RFQ
  • Is not shared with third parties

First-party analytics

We use first-party, privacy-conscious analytics to understand how the website is used in aggregate, such as page views and searches. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, cross-site tracking or advertising networks.

Pending verification: Confirm whether the analytics implementation sets any cookie or uses a cookieless method, and update this section accordingly.

What we do not use

  • Third-party advertising or retargeting cookies
  • Social media tracking pixels
  • Cookies that sell or share your browsing data with advertisers

If this changes, we will update this policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent first.

Third-party content

Some pages may include links to other websites. Those websites have their own cookie policies, which we do not control.

Managing cookies and storage

You can block or delete cookies and clear local storage in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, signing in and submitting forms may not work. If you clear local storage, any unsubmitted RFQ list will be lost.

Browser help pages explain how to manage cookies and site data for Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge and other browsers.
