About Starter Components
Starter components allow starter motors to be rebuilt by local auto-electrical workshops, a common practice in many export markets where complete units are costly or slow to source.
The range includes solenoids (magnetic switches), solenoid contacts and plungers, bendix drives (pinion and overrunning clutch), armatures, field coils and yokes, brush sets and brush holders, reduction gears and bearings. Specify by starter manufacturer model or label number, voltage and physical dimensions such as pinion tooth count and armature shaft spline.
