Heater Hoses

Heater hoses carry hot coolant from the engine to the heater core and back. They are smaller in diameter than radiator hoses but exposed to the same temperatures and often routed close to hot exhaust parts, making them prone to cracking and chafing.

Heater hoses may be molded to shape, straight bulk hose cut to length, or assemblies with plastic or metal pipes and quick-connect fittings. Specify by OEM number, inner diameter, length, fittings and routing. On some diesel engines, hoses also feed EGR coolers or throttle body heaters, which are separate references.
