Truck Parts for Distributors

Service, brake, suspension, engine and electrical parts for light and medium commercial trucks, validated by model and engine code and consolidated into export shipments from Thailand.

Commercial trucks are working assets, and truck parts buyers are demanding customers. Transport companies want the correct part the first time, and a distributor's reputation depends on it. Japanese light and medium trucks are widely used in many export markets, and Thailand has a significant commercial vehicle industry and parts supply base.

What makes truck parts different

Truck parts are harder to get right than passenger car parts:

  • More variants: the same model name can cover several cab types, wheelbases, gross vehicle weight ratings and engines.
  • Market-specific builds: trucks for different regions can differ in engine, emission level, brakes and electrical systems.
  • Heavier and larger parts: brake drums, springs and clutch assemblies affect packing and container weight.
  • Long service lives: older trucks stay in service for many years, creating demand for parts for superseded models.

Identifying the right part

For each request, include as much of the following as possible:

  • Make, model and model code
  • Engine model
  • Chassis or frame number where available
  • Gross vehicle weight class or tonnage
  • Year range and market of original sale
  • Brake type (for example air, air-over-hydraulic or hydraulic) and axle configuration
  • OEM part numbers from the old part or parts catalog

Lines that depend on unconfirmed details are marked Possible Match so you can confirm before ordering. See RFQ process.

Typical categories

  • Filters for engine, fuel, air and hydraulic systems
  • Brake linings, shoes, drums, discs, chambers and valves
  • Clutch discs, covers and release bearings
  • Leaf springs, U-bolts, center bolts, shackles and bushings
  • Shock absorbers and cab mountings
  • Engine gaskets, water pumps and cooling system parts
  • Lighting and electrical components

Brand-type options

Truck operators in many markets work with a mix of genuine and aftermarket parts depending on the component and vehicle age. Each quoted line states whether it is OEM, OES or aftermarket, so you can offer the right option to each customer segment. See supplier network.

Shipping truck parts

Truck parts orders are often weight-limited. Combining dense items such as drums and springs with lighter categories such as filters and electrical parts helps use container capacity efficiently. Heavy parts are palletized or crated for safe handling. See mixed container shipments.
