Fitment: generation, cab and variant

Accessory fitment depends on details that do not affect many mechanical parts:

• Model generation and facelift: body panels, bumpers and lamps often change at facelifts
• Cab type: single, extended or double cab
• Bed length and shape
• Trim level: wide-body versus standard body variants, factory fender flares, factory sports bars
• Sensors and systems: parking sensors, cameras and airbag sensors can affect front bar compatibility
• Market variant: some export models differ from Thai domestic models

Compliance in your market

Some markets regulate accessories such as front protection bars, lighting and towing equipment, including airbag compatibility, pedestrian protection or approved tow ratings. Check local regulations and state any requirements in your RFQ.

Packaging and damage prevention

Accessories are often painted, powder coated, chromed or textured, and scratches make them unsellable. Points we check and plan for:

• Protective wrapping and corner protection for finished surfaces
• Sturdy cartons or crates for heavy items such as bars and racks
• Complete fitting kits, brackets and instructions in each package
• Careful stacking in the container load plan

Shipping bulky accessories

Canopies, bed liners and bars are volume-intensive. For accessories-heavy orders, a 40' high cube container is often the practical choice. Combining accessories with dense parts such as brake and suspension components can improve the use of container capacity. See mixed container shipments.
